Gio was so kind and helped me find the exact part I needed. He even carried the basket for me while I was holding my infant. This was my infant Son's first trip to the hardware store and Gio was telling him about the parts we need to fix the hose. We got the correct paint, wrenches, spigot and plumbers tape. Great experience! Thank you Gio for being so helpful and considerate to help a working dad get the stuff we needed. They even have HOTWHEELS and I picked out two so we can race cars when we get home. Need parts? Take a picture and walk into this store- Gio and others will help you. Highly recommend A+++

They even followed up to ensure everything was correct. Unfortunately when I received my tile - FedEx had damaged half the shipment. Reached back out to Vacaville and Matthew Mendez called me back. Matthew assisted with making the situation right and immediately shipped out new tile and packaged the new tile a little more carefully this time. I've consistently had great experience with multiple Floor and Decors, but this review is mainly for Matthew. I think he mainly handles the online orders.

Alex and Ervin immediately stood out. They were very familiar with Kelly-Moore paints and, without hesitation, were able to identify the color and sheen of the drywall sample I brought in. That level of knowledge alone gave me confidence I was in the right place. Ervin took it a step further by asking about the areas of my home being painted and recommending the appropriate paint grade based on traffic and environment. He broke down the differences in a way that was easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. Super helpful and clearly knows his stuff. Turnaround was quick -- I got a call the very next day that my paints were ready, and that included five different color matches. That's impressive. At pickup, pricing was exactly what you'd expect for quality paint, no surprises there. What I did appreciate was Ervin offering to load the paint into my car -- small gesture, but it goes a long way. Knowledgeable staff, efficient service, and quality product. Definitely coming back for future projects.

It is beautiful grass and very easy to maintain. This is the RTF sod. I was told to keep watering it and it will come back, otherwise it is under warranty. I didnt relize you had to revive new grass, though it should show up alive. Also as i explained multiple times to management at Sierra Sod, warranties are for products that lack defection when purchased or delivered. Otherwise it is a defective product which cannot be sold as new or acceptable. I was told the grass is stressed when it is cut at the field, and needs to be watered to have it revive. Never did recover (got worse from the pics) and I was forced to pay to have someone remove and replace. Fortunatetely enought I was given contact information by Verizon Landscaping Material in Vacaville, for a number of landscape installers in the area, who all highly recommended not using Dixon Sod/Park Avenue due to inconsistent product, and recommended we go with Delta Blue. Every landscape contractor we contacted had similar advice. I have emailed multiple times and have yet to recieve a response. Only text from outside sales, but management has ignored me. Cost me 1100 for grass, 500 (% of total work) installed and then 500 to have it removed in order to start over. I was only asking for a refund on the direct cost of grass when in fairness Sierra Sod should be accoutable for replacement cost. Do you homework and be very clear on what is considered exceptable. If you dont have something in writing and even photo examples of acceptable, its amazing how defintions change. If you want a quality product go to a place that specializes in what you are after. I gave Sierra SOD a 1 star only because it doesnt offer a 0.
