Everything seemed to be there: nice washer and dryers, roomy and clean facilities, a place to purchase laundry detergent, and an ATM to get cash (which I did). But! Got them home and almost all of the shirts were dirty around the collars and one of the suits had visible stains on the front. Pressing was terrible. Then when I took them back in, they didn't apologize or even act surprised. They treated me like I was trying to put one over on them and were very rude. Not the best way to treat your customers! Terrible job and terrible customer service. Will not use them again!

There is a machine that turns cash into change, but one Sunday it wasn't working and I couldn't go to the bank so I was SOL. It's 2022, a time where most people see change as an inconvenience. I also wish the machine had cycle settings for delicates and such, but you can change the temperature so that's not a huge issue. This place is cheaper than the units in my apartment, so I like to take my laundry here when a lot has piled up.
