Run, don't walk away from their contractor ordering desk! Trent ordered, allegedly, on October 10th, according to him, $40,000.00 worth of Anderson doors and windows. Delivery date was to be Jan 13, 2023. On Jan 13th I called and emailed him, several times over several months about my windows. He never responded. I went to the OBX and had his mentor/ supervisor check on my order. He spent about 30 mins tracking the order and was told initially that Anderson was missing some trim parts and the entire order was put on hold, and now would be arriving March 23, 2023. I again tried email, phone calls, etc to contact Trent.; no response. My contractor went by this morning and I called his phone and spoke to Trent. He has no Idea about the delayed production. Apparently he has not looked into an order, according to him. That is two months late.
TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE and incompetent! Wow! Now the ofseason is ending. My contractor is stalled waiting on doors and windows that are 2 months past due and Trent has no idea what's going on here.
I told him, if they are not here by the end of the week, I don't want them. I have to rent during the season, or I can't afford my rental house.
He said he can't cancel Anderson windows.
You CAN cancel something that doesn't exist!
Shop elsewhere.
While Trents boss was looking up my order, it was funny that there was a contractor roaming through the store saying very loudly," Where is Trent? I wish I had a job where I got paid and never had to be at work. read more
