You don't get a cleaning on the first visit, only xrays and an exam, meaning you have to pay the office visit fee twice. Despite only have a handful (less than 9%) of gum testing showing a 4mm depth (a "warning" level by their own metrics, with 5+ being signs of dental/gum disease) and zero bone loss shown on xrays, I was told (after being forced to wait 30 minutes for a "treatment plan") that I had to pay $400 for a special deep cleaning. A standard cleaning was REFUSED despite no formal disease diagnosis. All of this came from a business manager, not even the dentist. When she started talking about "discounts" and "legal requirements" I knew I was being jockeyed for a service I didn't need. There is no law preventing a cleaning, and they also could not provide a policy showing this was the expectation from their parent company. The parent company was unresponsive to inquires about said policy and if this was a company decision or a business manager going rogue. Be wary.

The DFL…read moretook Full Advantage of my UNUM Dental Insurance by taking more than just the typical bite wing but also full head and mouth X-rays and Scans to the Full Extent my Dental Insurance Allowed. The Initial Examination by the Dental Hygienist took the liberty of pushing the sale of expensive orthodonics to align and straighten teeth and expensive Deep Cleaning Gum Therapy Treatments. During the Dentist Exam it was determined that an Old Capped and Root Canal Tooth needed to be extracted but instead of simply doing the Tooth Extraction which was covered by the UNUM Dental Insurance decided to refer me to an expensive Dental Inplant and Surgery Specialist ( A Good Friend of the Dentist). After taking all the expensive pictures and scans of my teeth and jaw scheduled the Expensive Deep Cleaning for a week later to allow time to complete the time consuming procedure. When I learned that Deep Cleaning and Gum Treatments were not fully covered by the UNUM Dental Insurance I called to Cancel the Appointment as I could not afford the Expensive Dental Procedure which DFL quickly changed to a Simple Dental Cleaning in order to get a few last dollars out of my Dental Insurance was subsequently advised by DSL that my UNUM Dental Insurance would not longer be accepted by DSL and that I would need to find another Dentist Office that accepts the Insurance or pay Full Price (Non-Insured) Costs for Future Dental Services Rendered by DSL. Now forced to have to find another Less Greedy Dentist that will accept my UNUM Dental as Full Payment for Dental Services.

I pulled into the parking lot, I started not feeling well and got sick in the parking lot so I called them from their parking lot to reschedule and they're charging me $150 for rescheduling. Most doctors office as long as you reschedule will waive that. Really isn't good business for new company with new clients, sickness isn't my fault And I didn't blatantly just not show up. Good Dentist are hard to find and I thought I'd found one for my four member family, very dissatisfied with their business office.

Recently, she lost one of her Invisalign trays that had already been provided as part of her treatment plan. Her regular dentist kindly coordinated with Dr. Zaher (Dr. Z) at Ideal Dental to have the replacement tray mailed to that office so my daughter could pick it up locally, saving her from having to drive out of town. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, Dr. Z refused to release the tray unless we agreed to transfer my daughter's entire (and expensive) Invisalign case to her office. Keep in mind: this office incurred no cost and performed no work other than receiving a package in the mail. At first, I assumed this must have been a misunderstanding. I asked to speak directly with Dr. Z, but she was unavailable. My daughter's regular dentist then called to clarify, the message relayed back through the front office was the same: transfer the entire case to Dr. Z or the tray would be sent back to Invisalign. The front office staff were polite on the phone, but the situation left us feeling that financial gain was prioritized over patient care and professional courtesy. My daughter has a long-standing relationship with her own dentist and would never consider moving her entire case over a single replacement tray. Based on this experience, I would strongly suggest others proceed with caution. What should have been a simple act of professional cooperation turned into an unnecessary and disappointing situation.

He cleaned my teeth and over the weekend I noticed a weird mark deep underneath my gums. The staff happily invited me back and took care of me free of charge ! I even got an antibacterial injection wash thingy for each tooth at no cost to me ! I love how Dr P and the hygienist (Bre I think is her name) educate me and give me tips on how to make my smile better! They never make me feel embarrassed or ashamed ! I actually enjoy seeing them when I have appointments ! The manager Crystal is so sweet , patient , & attentive ! I love their team they're doing a great job !! I use to smoke a lot in college , I had 3 pregnancies (one being twins ahhh) back to back, and I have a major teeth grinding issue so if you're afraid to go DONT BE !! my teeth have been through a LOT !!
