I have a 97 dodge dakota that failed smog three times. I got the truck tuned up at another place in between smogs but that seemed to cause more problems. I called around looking for a mechanic that could fix emissions. Someone that only did vehicles 2000 and newer recommended Keith's garage. I called explained my problem, Keith told me to bring it in. Keith was able to inspect the truck and told me that it would need a new catalytic converter and 02 sensors. He got the ok, and had the truck ready the next day. Keith told me that the codes were gone, to just drive it around and put some miles on the converter. Also to drive it up and down the freeway before taking it to get smogged. I just took it to get smogged and it passed! I'm very thankful to Keith, will definitely go back again with my other vehicles. He seems very knowledgeable and very helpful! read more

This is a local garage shop I had bought a 1997 jeep grand Cherokee in April 2023. Theses people claimed this car was fully refurbished and safe for me and my 4 kids. NOT EVEN A MONTH the whole car breaks down, I take it to a different mechanic and they say we are driving in a DEATH TRAP that this car couldn't not have been refurbished and whoever had sold it to me was fully setting us up knowing this car is no good most likely so we can go back and they can make more money. They are liars, all they care about is money, they will scam ESPECIALLY WOMAN and do not care about actual taking care of you and your vehicle. They will send your car out knowing it will eventually give up on you. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY SERVICE. read more

Kieth doesnt back his work, he also does the most costly things first when trouble shooting. I heard bad things about this place but I thought it was hear say. Its not, Keiths Garage used Standard bolts forcing them in Metric holes stripping all the holes! I had to go to another shop because he said it wasnt him or his fault. It's sad that he runs a business this way. I plan to take him to court. Trust me when I say he takes the long way for a short repair. read more

Very disappointed in how they conducted business and double charged me for the same job twice! I took my car in for a check engine light which read evaporative leak, they smoke tested my car and said the problem was above the fuel tank. I was told it would cost 450$ labor to drop the fuel tank to further diagnose the leak. After dropping the fuel take and diagnosing the problem I was told it was a fuel pump and a sensor line that needed to be replaced. Over. $1500 later I was on the road, only for the light to come back on. The check engine light read the same code, evaporative leak detected. I took the car back in, they replaced a valve and then smoke tested it and said it was a hose they believe, above the fuel tank. They replaced the hose and other hoses just to make sure. They called me and said, car was fixed. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, I was told that there was $450 labor for dropping the fuel tank again! After I questioned why I was paying $450 again to drop the tank when i paid that last time, I was told, we didn't replace that line last time and we only warranty the work we replaced last time. After going back and forth and telling him I take it to them because they're the experts and it should have all been fixed the first time they dropped the tank, and if they missed it the first time, I don't have a problem paying for the new parts but I shouldn't have to pay for the labor of dropping the fuel tank again because of there mistake. He didn't agree and went as far to say if the light comes back on again and you take it in to us and we have to drop the tank again I'm gonna charge you again!! I have been in this shop several times for Intoxalock calibration. I have an older 2000 BMW that is pretty ugly. I have to believe these guys are treating me based on the car I come in with. Every time I have come in to the shop the son comes out with food in his mouth and a chip on his shoulder. The Dad (owner) doesn't have much of a personality, but that's not a must for good service. I went to get my car serviced today (Intoxalock) and the kid was in the back watching a movie with his father (you could hear it in the lobby). I waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came out. Again he comes out with food on his face and says can I help you as if I was inconveniencing him. He walked out to my car with me and I asked him how I could tell if my battery is bad. He said in a demeaning and sarcastic voice "test it" and walked away and went back inside. I nicely confronted him with this and he told me to never come back again. I will never be back there again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know that they have terrible customer service. read more

I stopped here with a nail in a tire and they fixed it on the spot, a few other shops I called "would not be able to get to it". I also had them change the tranny fluid on my Prius and change the oil. Really good service and friendly. Its a father and son and a very nice receptionist who is on top of things. i went to get a interlock device for my dui installed i was quoted $200 after getting it installed the clerk the told me it was $250 after taking nearly 6 hours to install i told him i was quoted $200 he gave me an attitude saying i can remove the device after paying the $250 he advised me he didnt have the paper to take to the dmv the company that sent with the device after driving back and forth i still don't have the form for the dmv to complete the process for my drivers license i change to a different service location for this breathalyzer device So I don't have to deal with them overcharging me the longer wait than expected and the rude service provided read more

Never go to a mechanic that thinks They are the Honest Ones and Its other guys that are the A**holes. Have given Keith's Garage and his Son's many of chance to do the job right and complete. Sometimes they got it right sometimes they don't. After 15 years Keith's attitude was unacceptable and I fired him. This is pink slip. read more

I was satisfied with using this garage until Keith tried to rip me off. My husband took his car in for an oil change and an inspection. We knew there was something wrong with the car, it was burning oil and the alignment was off. Keith said the car needed some front end work done and quoted my husband a price to do the work. We had the work done but when I went to pick it up the price was a few hundred higher, I told him the price he quoted my husband and paid. We then took our car to another shop for the alignment and they informed us our front sell was busted so we had to take it back to Keith. He replaced our front axle. When I asked about other issues he said there was none but it was still burning oil and running poorly. We have changed to National Auto Repair for our car needs. read more

We trusted them to be a reliable garage...we brought in our 1986 Jeep for some pretty major work...we were told the jeep would be ready by Friday, instead it was left for Monday with no word. They had our jeep up on the rack on the outside of their garage. They left for the weekend, the hood of the jeep left open, outside. Crazy rain n wind for 2 days n the hood was never put down. When we called on Monday, livid that the engine bay was left open to the rain all weekend, Keith said it was an oversight & apologized. A couple hours later we receive a call that the jeep is running n we can pick it up....but we now are forced to pay cash! No check, no debit (which he has already charged in the past)....cash!! He says he has trust issues due to the fact we cussed him out for his negligence! So now not only did we just get shitty service on the vehicle, we are now inconvenienced to have to go to a branch n pull out the total ( of which he charged the max) n pay him in order to get the jeep, which he neglected!! So if you enjoy having your vehicle treated as trash...feel free to have Keith work on it. Instead of making things right....he'd rather treat you like he treats your vehicle. read more
