So, I can only extrapolate that they do not actually care about the customer's opinions. My specific feedback was just to let them know about a change in quality around the peanut butter and butter hardroll which tastes great with a cup of coffee. However, they started getting cheap and lately (about the last 6 months or so), I've noticed the peanut butter is a meager, partial skim of flavoring that can be so minimal that is seems practically non-existent. In the past, there was plenty of product to satisfy the palette. The store staff is great and I regret having to give one-star for such a small issue, but it is more about the lack of response from corporate when I've logged three different comments on their customer service platform.
