We chose this dental practice because it appeared in-network with our insurance before my first visit in March 2025. My husband was also an existing patient from the prior dentist and continued care after the ownership change. We only received a bill for our 2025 visits in December, after we had made multiple visits and therefore incurred out-of-pockets costs without our knowledge. The office initially offered to split the costs 50/50 due to the insurance confusion, but later reversed that offer. Instead, they informed us that we actually had an additional outstanding bill (that they waived as their version of a fair compromise). That did not reflect the original resolution discussed. The core issue was the lack of clear communication about the change in insurance status and how this led to unexpected out-of-pockets costs.

They also push X-rays at an excessive frequency as if they are taking selfies, which felt unnecessary and driven more by billing than patient care. On top of that, there was constant upselling throughout my visits, which came across more like a used car salesman's sales pitch rather than medical guidance. The overall office environment was also unprofessional. Loud country music was playing early in the morning in shared spaces, which made the visit uncomfortable and disruptive.
