The boxes in the attic were covered with dust and some roofing debris from re-roofing. The ServiceMaster team cleaned and sanitized the boxes and other items, carried them down two flights of stairs, and placed them in our garage so that we could sort through them. This team is not just for disasters, but also for heavy duty cleaning. They worked with our schedule to accommodate our needs. Every employee was kind, courteous, hard-working and thoughtful. They did a really amazing job under challenging conditions. The estimate was accurate and we knew what we would be paying. They had several other jobs to complete for other customers, so it was a good thing that we had scheduled our time in advance. When we needed more days to complete the project (time for us to sort), ServiceMaster worked with us to get us scheduled quickly. They helped us make an overwhelming task do-able. Thank you ServiceMaster. Happy to recommend them to others.

They told me I needed a brand‑new heat pump and quoted me $13,000. Something didn't feel right, so I reached out to the maintenance man at our church. He said they always use Rinehart and highly recommended them. I called and spoke with Kevin Rinehart, explained the situation, and he came right out. Before giving me a price, he said he wanted to look at the system himself. After checking it, he found the issue--a wire was shorting out. He fixed it on the spot for $98. He saved me $12,902. Rinehart was truly a blessing. Don't go anywhere else--give them a call.

The second project(s) was misc things around my house (new front and back door, new shower, paint, and new exhaust fans). Both times they were responsive and gave me updates along the way. I appreciated that everyday they recapped what they had accomplished and what they would be working on the next day. I think they are priced reasonably, but may be a bit more expensive than others. However, I think it is worth it. They are not like other contractors who will get your deposit and you won't hear from them for weeks at a time. And then will show up to do 1 thing before leaving again for a few weeks. They start a job and don't leave until it is finished. I will mostly likely always choose David and his crew for every project at my house.
