Good work but pricey. I did a interior work with Miller Precision Painting in Jan 2024. He priced…read more$2400 and upon finishing, requested another $400 because it took longer than expected. I recently proposed an exterior project and he quoted me $11700 in the beginning but later promtly reduced to $7500 because another 5-star vendor offered $6600 to do the project. I tried to negotiate a $6800-$7000 price to still perform the project with Miller Precision Painting but he rudely rejected with strong emotion. Based on my simple math calculation, he likely over-charged me by 36%. Also, Mr. Miller is just so arrogant during the whole communication process. I invited him over three times to meet in person but he never showed up as the appointments were. I am guessing it is because I have a foreigner face here and he never took me seriously. Overall, I have no problem with the quality of service provided. But the pricing and the communication needs to strongly improve.

I called Sunday - Cornerstone had an estimate to me by mid-week and the work completed by the beginning of the next week. A one week turnaround on this job on the spring was impressive! The price was reasonable for the amount of work it took, and the carpenters they sent were communicative and tidy. Great job! I would highly recommend Cornerstone.

They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

I was concerned that power washing might damage the siding, but the owner explained that their soft washing technique would effectively remove the mildew without harming the panels. The concrete now looks bright and clean. The technician was very friendly and provided excellent service, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely use their services again!

We had roof damage in March from the start of the storm season…read more We called Tim at RR and holy cow! He did not disappoint! Can not say the same for our insurance adjusters but that's a different review. :-) Tim kept in contact with us over the two month period (the wait was due to the insurance company, not RR). He spoke to the insurance company multiple times to try to help us move the process along and even met with the adjuster at our house in case they had questions. When we received the estimate from our insurance company saying what they would cover, Tim caught that they did not include shingles on the estimate, making it appear our out of pocket was going to be MUCH higher than what we thought. He saved us SO much money-we are highly satisfied with Tim! When we finally got everything in order, we let Tim know and he had the crew at our house the NEXT day! The guys were very friendly, fast and did a great job on our roof. Highly recommend Tim and Rapid Roofing.
