We signed up for a membership service i was pleasantly surprised how much they have in their showroom. My spouse discovered the delta faucet she wanted for the kitchen. The staff was extremely helpful. The faucet will be installed the day they flush the tankless water heater. They are so much more than sink and tankless water heater people. Find what you are looking for and purchase it. They'll install it and maintain your plumbing needs. They even work on new construction.

I called Sunday - Cornerstone had an estimate to me by mid-week and the work completed by the beginning of the next week. A one week turnaround on this job on the spring was impressive! The price was reasonable for the amount of work it took, and the carpenters they sent were communicative and tidy. Great job! I would highly recommend Cornerstone.

All the estimates we got said they could match the brick no problem. Michael said later he couldn't get the orange brick and would we mind if the repair was done with just yellow brick. It was a small patch so we agreed. Then when we saw the work he used a different non-matching brick. It's a completely different type of brick and the color doesn't match. He claimed he never said he would use the same brick. That we had misunderstood him. Or he had misunderstood us. who would agree to have brick work done with none matching brick? He said he couldn't get our brick. I went inside and within 5 minutes had found our brick about 4 miles away and in stock. He kept boasting about having a degree in brick work from denmark. I'd ask for proof of this. "That which is asserted without proof can be dismissed without proof".

They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!
