Misunderstandings happen but I'm leaving the review because I think it's absurd that he wouldn't have measured the 20x20 square patch before starting the job. I cancelled the rest of the work. He assured me I wouldn't find sod anywhere else for some reason. But I just called a supplier the next day and did the job myself.

They were very careful while moving items to paint and spent time making sure all the little details were right. The quoting process was very easy. Mike came out to look at the house and go over what we wanted. He talked through the process and followed up with a emailed quote. I can't say enough about Mike and Josh with Indy Enterprises. After visiting our home on a weekend…read moreto walk through the areas of the interior we were looking to have painted, Mike followed up quickly with an easy to understand and incredibly reasonable quote. Having the interior of your home painted in the time of COVID could have proven to be an incredible inconvenience. But I can honestly say that working from home while Mike and Josh (and their colleague Matt, for one day) was a pleasure. They treated our home with a tremendous amount of respect and care. I was so impressed with the attention they paid to every detail -- whether it was the walls and trim they were painting, or the furniture they were moving to make room for their work. Mike listened carefully to what we wanted to have done to the house, and he and his team executed on that plan flawlessly. And though they worked carefully, they also worked amazingly fast -- the entire downstairs of our house was painted in three days time. Any time they moved an item, they painstakingly replaced it in the exact same spot. Perhaps most importantly, I found Mike and Josh to be incredibly kind and thoughtful. On the first day they were painting in the home I asked them to be mindful of our cats -- one of whom occasionally tries to escape. Later in the day, when a door was left ajar (not their fault at all -- the door doesn't latch properly) they leapt to action, helping me search the house and yard to make sure the cat was inside (he was). It probably sounds like a small thing, but anytime you let people into your home to do work you're never totally sure what to expect. With Indy Enterprises you can expect the very best. We've been in this house for two months, but now that the painting is complete I truly feel like I'm at home. I will certainly call Mike the next time we need any work done here, and will recommend him again and again.
