You get what you pay for and if something isn't right they will come back and fix it but they have never had to come back for anything because my Apartments have been spotless . They even do the baseboards and the oven I don't know how they do it but one of my previous tenants had not knowing how to cook I think and the oven was coated in soot and burnt something and I thought I was going to have to throw it away .
