I've looked up Culvers scoop of the day, a million times, and never noticed this ice cream place before. So I click, cause I was ready and baited. Apparently, they are only open on Saturday and Sunday. Perfect, it was Saturday, and even better it's near(ish) my house It's a food truck shop. They make their own ice cream. The menu changes. Not sure how often, yet. The prices weren't super high, the scoop size was decent, healthy. They let us try some flavors, (Handles doesn't even let you do that, anymore. Point goes to The Perfect Scoop!) There were a couple tables you could sit at, otherwise it's outside, off of a busy road, kinda vibe. We got in the car and ate it on the way home. My husband and I both went with the airplane Biscoff flavor. Not too sweet, not too much Biscoff. I'm not Goldilocks, but it was just right. We will be back.

Today, September 5th I went to this location and one of the workers she said "how can I help you…read moreand how many count are you gonna buy?" so she repeat this question about 3-4 times and I keep telling her three pieces I tell her that I need a plain croissant finally she gave me the order when I get to my car I open the bag to check if it's the right order I did I found out the croissant she gave me had a sausage in it even though I asked for a plain croissant I went back to the donut shop and I told her that I asked her for a plain croissant and she told me "this is a plain croissant" I open the bag and showed her that there is a sausage inside and she says "I will give you a plain one but I will have to charge you" and I told her I asked why? I did not order croissant with sausage I go I need to talk with the Manager so the manager she did give me the plain croissant anyway at the end of the story the service for this worker the one she served me super bad and she's very rude. She has no knowledge about customer service. So my question is how is the management higher? This kind of people after interview and they have no knowledge about customer service thank you. I walk in to an empty store and go to the pick up counter. I make eye contact with a girl in the back and smile but she just stares at me cold. I see her talk to another girl and she just stares at me too and they keep talking. A third girl appears and does the same until she walks out after 3 minutes. I also saw my order and two others just sitting on the counter, not in the fridge where they usually keep pick-up orders to keep cool. She looks at me and walks AWAY from me to the counter and continues to work on other orders and says, "Hii!?!" Loudly and rudely, while not even looking at me. Not a welcome, not a how are you, not a how can I help you. I said I'm here to pick up my order and she grabs it and just thunks it, rudely on the table with no bag. I ask for a bag nicely and she puts it on the counter and walks off to continue what she was doing. No thank you or have a good day. She barely acknowledged me and all of the girls were just blatantly staring at me through the window. Nobody looks or sounds friendly and I'm treated like a nuisance. Never coming back to this location and don't want to go to Nekter again. I usually don't write reviews but after so many bad experiences with them, I think it's time. $13.50 after a tip is overpriced for a bowl and attitude on the side anyways. Good riddance. P.s. One small ice cream cone is $5.20 or add an extra dollar if you want it to be a waffle cone. I saw a flavor I haven't seen before called chocolate dipped so I tried that one out; it's essentially vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate; thus you're eating a semi-hard chocolate shell with vanilla ice inside.
