The pickup timing was complicated due to the dealership's internal procedures and a five‑day wait for a cashier's check to clear. Despite that challenge, ABC Auto Shipping moved with impressive speed--within just a couple of hours of the vehicle's release, they had secured a high‑quality covered transport carrier that exceeded my expectations. Communication was outstanding. Every question--whether by text or phone--was answered within minutes, day or night. That level of responsiveness gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the expedited timeline and the premium nature of the shipment. My Corvette arrived in perfect condition, exactly as promised. ABC Auto Shipping earned every bit of a five‑star rating through their professionalism, speed, and commitment to customer service.

My biggest questions were: Does this person know how to load and unload a low car without damaging it? Are they going to treat it carefully? And am I actually talking to the person transporting my car? Frank completely put those concerns to rest. If you scroll through his Instagram, you'll see how many high-end and sports cars he's transported. And if that still doesn't convince you, ask him to send you a picture of his own ride -- he's a car guy himself and clearly understands how much these cars mean to their owners. I reached out to probably seven different transporters, and Frank was the first one to respond with a legitimate, straightforward quote. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. He checked in with me leading up to pickup, kept me updated, and sent photos and videos on transport day. Loading and unloading were quick, careful, and professional. He got my car from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City in one day, and it arrived clean and completely untouched. One of the biggest reasons I would use Frank again is that he does the work himself. You're not messaging some broker or random company that takes your order and then assigns your car to whoever happens to be available. You're talking directly to the person who is going to show up, load your car, transport it, and hand you the keys at the other end. If you're nervous about trusting someone with your car, I completely understand it. I was too. After this experience, I'd trust Frank to transport mine again anytime. Thanks again, Frank. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Even though it's a 14-year-old Wrangler with pinstripes and now transmission issues, I'm sentimentally attached to it! I finally went with JP Auto Transport after seeing a post from them on Reddit. They were more expensive than the lowest quote I received by about $100, but they were very responsive, were semi-local to my area, and believed they could get my marginally operational vehicle from Las Vegas to LA within about two days of my booking. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to deliver my Jeep a day earlier than expected, and in an enclosed trailer even though I hadn't paid extra to request enclosed storage when I booked the shipment.
