I could make the appt online, received a confirmation text - easy peasy!! I didn't have high hopes as I have driven by this place a million times but did not know how AWESOME these salon suites were actually going to be. I was so excited to get an appointment, I changed it to the very next day. When I arrived, the entrance was so pretty - lots of salons inside, so I walked through searching for suite #13. I saw someone getting their haircut, so I waited outside. When it was my appt time I popped my head in and let them know I was waiting patiently. Then Arlo called me in. We had an awesome introduction and consultation. I liked Arlo immediately and could tell he is a great stylist by the person that left before me. Anyway, to make a long story longer - I couldn't be happier with my new haircut and new FOREVER stylist Arlo! Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. Every blonde hair she touched became brittle and snapped off 5" from my scalp, I've clogged my hairbrush and the shower drain for the last 2 months, at least 1/3 of the volume is gone and what's left looks like macrame jute. When confronted, Dana said I need vitamins and maybe try Monoxidil. Zero accountability. It continues to break off to this day, so the horror isn't even over yet. Negative 5 stars
