I could make the appt online, received a confirmation text - easy peasy!! I didn't have high hopes as I have driven by this place a million times but did not know how AWESOME these salon suites were actually going to be. I was so excited to get an appointment, I changed it to the very next day. When I arrived, the entrance was so pretty - lots of salons inside, so I walked through searching for suite #13. I saw someone getting their haircut, so I waited outside. When it was my appt time I popped my head in and let them know I was waiting patiently. Then Arlo called me in. We had an awesome introduction and consultation. I liked Arlo immediately and could tell he is a great stylist by the person that left before me. Anyway, to make a long story longer - I couldn't be happier with my new haircut and new FOREVER stylist Arlo! He is nice, experienced in cuts, colors and some barbering - I have short hair and can't wait to see what cool styles I try out. Every blonde hair she touched became brittle and snapped off 5" from my scalp, I've clogged my hairbrush and the shower drain for the last 2 months, at least 1/3 of the volume is gone and what's left looks like macrame jute. When confronted, Dana said I need vitamins and maybe try Monoxidil. Zero accountability. It continues to break off to this day, so the horror isn't even over yet. Negative 5 stars
