Both my son and I have been coming here for several years. Great people, very friendly and quick. A haircut is about 10 to 15 mins. Recently, they charge an extra $5 for using the hair buzzer for skintight cut. It takes 3 more mins. A haircut is a haircut, so why nickel and dim the customers. read more

Been coming here for a couple of years. Jessica gives amazing hair cuts. Heads up for new customers: Book online, if you try to just show up, the barbers are all usually booked for a few hours. Suggestions for Management: Your app is very difficult to use, if Jessica wasnt so good at giving hair cuts I would probably go somewhere else. There is not a lot of consistency throughout the app. Scheduled appointments do not easily pull up, you have to reselect your store every time, your password does not auto save. Giving this place 4 Stars because I received a great haircut there once from a stylist who did a great job. Only giving three stars because they can't figure out their scheduling. It's awful. You can only view what stylists are working on the day of, which means you have to ca and asks when your stylist is working and if they're working on a specific day. I called TWICE this week. The first time I was told that they didn't know when the stylist I was looking for would work next, the second time I was told that she was working this Saturday. Well, Saturday is here! I log in, look at the available stylists, she's no where to be found. I call (for a third time this week now) and am told she's not working today but is working tomorrow now. Over it. I wanted to use this place because I like the idea of one monthly fee to get touchups as you need them but the hassle of checking in only on day of and having my stylist never working when I'm available is just annoying. I guess I'll stick to the place I usually go because I always know when the girl is working and don't have to keep rearranging my week based on what their employees tell me which doesn't end up being correct which is what Keep It Cut does. Well. I used to like this place.. Had a membership and everything. Until recently when what I can only assume is from horrible training, bad management or both. My last 3 checkins were nearly 20-40 minutes late. I asked what the point of checking in and selecting a time was if its not honored. The reply I was given was that only puts you in line at that time. How stupid is that.. Do you make reservations at a restaurant to be put in line at that time? I canceled my membership and was told there was no refund available even though its been weeks since I was there. The lady couldn't tell me if they did..............she then told me to download their app to find out. So I did, I had to register to book an appt. I booked one for 45 mins later. And went in. Sat there for over 30 mins before the lady called my name and then told me they ere running behind and she still had another person to cut in front of me. Dont you think that would be something you would say to someone over the phone, before they drive over there and sat there for 30 mins? My experience felt like a sales pitch for their mothly subscription service. I understand that this is their business model but I would have preferred more attention to be paid to my haircut which was realitivley expensive and unimpressive. I am throughly impressed with my recent visit. I had been miserablely cutting my own hair during quarantine and I couldn't keep doing it, I was doing an awful job. I normally would go to great clips or sports clip, but they both closed early and I needed to go at that certain time so I gavee Keep It Cut a chance. I scheduled an appointment online which was super easy to do and created an account and I choose Lacey. Upon arrival I was greeted and checked in immediately with no wait. I'm so thankful for Lacey for fixing all of my errors and making me look like a new person! Lacey did a fantastic job and was very cautious of social distancing as much as possible. She made it very easy and we had a good conversation. I'm also very impressed with the clean establishment and how they distanced the other stylists to avoid being too close. This was my second time in here as I have gone to the location in Tempe since it was on the way to work. However after my experience today with the manager (Mandy) at this location this will now be my priority location as it close to the house. She really perfected the cut and took her time to make it the best experience for the consumer. You could tell she wasn't rushing to get through the allotted 20 minutes and onto the next cut or close the place down. She has now been deemed my go to stylist moving forward. My girlfriend's 5 year old and I have been going to Mandy for awhile now, and there aren't enough good things to say about her. Trevor is an exceptionally hyperactive boy, and for some, it's hard to see passed a kid that can't sit still no matter how hard he tries. Often times, parents of kids like Trevor, find it difficult to find services such as a hair stylist, that they feel comfortable bringing their kids to, since they are always full of energy. Although I think kids are easier to make conversation with versus adults, I'm surprised others have such a hard time doing so. Trevor LOVES Mandy. She is so patient and kind with him. He moves around A LOT and Mandy just works around him. Trevor looks forward to getting haircuts now, where it used to be a process getting him one. Watching Mandy and Trevor interact during haircuts, is so heartwarming. Especially because his mom can sit and relax and doesn't have to worry about feeling bad about taking a boy that is always bouncing off the walls to get his hair dialed in. His haircuts are always stellar. Mandy is so genuine and all of us just adore her. She is passionate, and so easy to talk to. My haircuts are always perfect, too.
