I will add photos later after we furnish. Everything run like clockwork (Thanks Bobbie). The workers come through a basement window (!) and do their work. No traffic through the house. Our work superintendent was Scott Rhodus, who is pleasant to work with and really cared about customer needs. BIC also came up with an ingenious solution to a design issue our house had. Due to the placement of a double window, the proposed bedroom would be either smaller or too big making the walkway too narrow. We spoke with 3 other companies previously and none could offer a solution. Scott carefully replaced the double window with a single and made the bedroom the right size we wanted. All in all, if you need your basement done, talk to BIC. You are in good hands. The price was reasonable and work was completed on time.

When I initially called them, Arthur's wife, Charlie, (A & C), answered the phone immediately and was very easy to communicate with. Arthur was here the next morning to give me an estimate and then started working the next day. Arthur fixed both toilets and then fixed my back outside wall. A woodpecker made a hole in the siding. He patched up the hole and painted it to match the rest of the house. Also, I haven't done any caulking around the windows since I bought the house brand new 23 years ago. Arthur was up on the ladder, caulking and painting the caulk to match. His wife, Charlie, handles the administrative tasks. Everything is done with a very user friendly text message system.
