My wife received a verbal quote of $400 plus during a phone call. When my wife provided detailed information about our windows, they would clean the interiors and exteriors, as well as the screens and frames. Two workers arrived early, which was fine with me. After a brief introduction, he said he would walk around our house to verify the quote, which surprised me since we had already received a quote over the phone. When he finished his walk, what stood out to me was that his all-inclusive cleaning option was $700 plus, and I told him I wouldn't pay more than $500, which was more than the initial quote. He had to discuss the quote with management over the phone. By this time, I was frustrated with the quote issues, so I discontinued this project. She said I'm sorry what transpired and the person I think was in charge said nothing. We are living in a different world where word of mouth was like a contract, and people in the business world are trying to make things right. Looking at good reviews makes you want to bark, but being careful about the bite. The "bite" was a wasted opportunity for Super Clean: my wife and I prepared our house for their cleaning by moving plants and other items, only to have them waste our time. Super Clean doesn't care about us as long as they are making a profit. When individuals walk away from making money, that leads me to believe the business is doing well because I was pleasant and courteous in the situation. My old saying is that when things don't go well, look at yourself first, and be willing to take responsibility for your own actions. I want to thank Jake for his professional service. He paid close attention to detail and even thought the helpers he had were young and needed to be watched Jake went behind them and made sure the work was done top notch. We had our windows and screens cleaned by Super Clean. They did a really nice job. They took care of the basics and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. There was a window that had streaks. The guys took the time to redo that window. I am not sure how they compare with others from a cost perspective. And as a techno geek, I love that they have completely automated the process of getting an estimate for the work, scheduling the work, and updating me on Eric's arrival time and work completion. I found Super Clean by doing a Google search on "gutter cleaning Castle Rock CO." I didn't look on Angie's List or anything like that, I don't have that kind of wherewithal! I found several options for gutter and window cleaning from that search; Super Clean simply looked to be the most professional of them. My experience with them has borne that out. I highly recommend Super Clean and Eric. Professional, very experienced, on time, price was fair. I couldn't stop admiring the difference in the beauty of my home after they left. Money well spent! Good communication (takes advantage of email to remind you, allows you to schedule online, you won't be have to play "phone tag".
