Two workers arrived early, which was fine with me. After a brief introduction, he said he would walk around our house to verify the quote, which surprised me since we had already received a quote over the phone. When he finished his walk, what stood out to me was that his all-inclusive cleaning option was $700 plus, and I told him I wouldn't pay more than $500, which was more than the initial quote. He had to discuss the quote with management over the phone. By this time, I was frustrated with the quote issues, so I discontinued this project. She said I'm sorry what transpired and the person I think was in charge said nothing. We are living in a different world where word of mouth was like a contract, and people in the business world are trying to make things right. Looking at good reviews makes you want to bark, but being careful about the bite. The "bite" was a wasted opportunity for Super Clean: my wife and I prepared our house for their cleaning by moving plants and other items, only to have them waste our time. Super Clean doesn't care about us as long as they are making a profit. When individuals walk away from making money, that leads me to believe the business is doing well because I was pleasant and courteous in the situation. My old saying is that when things don't go well, look at yourself first, and be willing to take responsibility for your own actions. I wanted my all-inclusive windows cleaned, but that did not happen, and I will never do business with Super Clean.
