The owner appeared visibly upset about a scheduling conflict, as he had planned to pressure wash at the same time as our truck or treat event. Unfortunately, his response--yelling and making inappropriate gestures--was entirely unprofessional and out of place for a community gathering, especially one focused on inclusivity for the disabled community. While it's understandable to feel frustrated about lost time or scheduling issues, the way it was handled overshadowed any concerns about the work that needed to be done. I hope in the future, there will be more consideration for conflict resolution and communication that reflects respect for community events and their participants. There were many attempts to find a resolution. Instead he became very belligerent. And was unable to understand the safety concerns presented: loud machinery that was spitting out hot boiling water in a middle of a special needs event.

Then he did a terrible job at what he did do. He basically charged me $350 to cut down a 4 inch I could have done myself. So 10 minutes of work for $350? Then proceeded to almost get me fine for leaving the tree and not discarding it. To top it off he didn't even do a good job, I had to go back and cut down the extra foot at the base he left!! When I discussed all this with him he blew me off and just said sorry. Any business owner with any sense would have met me in the middle or given me my money back and wrote off his 10 minutes of labor. I think this guy has a nice heart but he runs a horrible business (doesn't even have business phone- it's his wife's). DO NOT USE HIM. Lot of gutter companies out there but Wolverine appears to be a one-man operation although he…read morebrought in someone to help for first project which was for 6" gutter special application. He shares the machine that rolls 6" which is probably why the helper was there who owned the machine. Because of a deck install the job had to be split into demo and then replacement on different days. Not a problem and there was no extra charge. Happy with that project I contracted to have screens installed on all existing gutters. Mother nature did not help us out with snow and super-freezing weather complicating the project. Gutters were full of leaves and ice. They were able to remove all of that except gutter on North side which they left rather than damage anything. He came back a week later to complete when weather was cooperative.

All aspects of the job were completed in a timely manner without any problems, They even made improvements in a couple areas to reduce the chance of blockages occurring in the future. Everything was inspected after the installation to ensure the new gutters would work properly. All areas around the house were cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I highly recommend the use of this company if you have any gutter needs.
