I have a large yard with lots of grass and am very meticulous how my yard and grass look. To me cutting a lawn should not be that hard, but it is for some people. I have went through a 1/2 dozen lawn services over the years until I found Edwin by accident. I told him exactly how I wanted my grass cut, how hight, and how I wanted the edges trimmed and to my surprise he and his assistant did a great job! That was 5 years ago! During this time he has helped me with a number of small yard projects such as moving rock, dirt, digging a hole for a pond I put in as well as sprinkles and irrigation repairs. Every Fall and and his assistant show up to get rid of all the leaves because we have several large trees in the backyard. I like the fact that he has a small business, so when I need something I can either call him or text him and he is able to get back to me right away.

The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great care for both safety and detail. I was home the entire time and watched quite a bit of the progress through the windows (not out of worry, but because it was fascinating to watch them work). One of our trees was within five feet of the house, with large limbs hanging directly over the roof, and they were incredibly careful--there was never a moment when our house felt at risk during its removal. The cleanup afterward was excellent, and when my husband and I asked if two trees (a crabapple and a pear) could be shaped and lowered just a bit more, the crew responded with friendly smiles and handled it immediately--no hesitation or attitude. We're thrilled with how everything turned out. I would happily recommend Silver State Tree Company to anyone in need of professional, courteous, and skilled tree service. We'll absolutely call them again when it's time for more work.

He cares about making sure that his clients are happy and that the expectations are set properly from the start. He's an A+ communicator who makes sure that you are informed every step of the way, and when changes arise, he's right there to fill you in too. On top of that, he keeps his word. He shows up when he says he'll be there, he does the job he said he would and he has high standards for his work, and he genuinely shows care and regard for you as the client, your time and your property. Alex just completed a cleanup for me and I can truly say he covered every inch of the property with a fine-tooth comb and left it looking exceptional. Midway through, he transparently shared that he had underestimated the job, but remained committed to completing it and completing it to his exacting standard, which I sincerely appreciated. Beyond that, what I appreciated most was that he asked me to look over the work once he was done to be sure it was done as we'd agreed. That's how you earn business and referrals. I'm looking forward to having them back in the spring to get things going and help maintain the yard through the season. I have no doubt that will be an incredible service experience too.
