Furthermore, he offered no answer as to what made the expensive tiles in his own store worth more than the cheap tiles in his own store. The store itself was not laid out in a way I could understand, the tile displays didn't seem to be organized in any particular fashion. Prices were absent or hard to find. Details on the tiles weren't obvious, and the aforementioned salesman was of only minimal assistance. Allstate's crew of two very hard-working installers came on time each morning and did the entire job without any problems. (They had to climb 3 floors repeatedly but never complained.) They also repaired some outside lighting and took care of a few other minor house problems (interior door wouldn't close) we've struggled with for years. Today we had a flood in our house and about 30 gallons of water ended up in our ceiling. Not only was that horrible but it threatened our hardwood floors. Essam doesn't specialize in emergency repairs but one call from me and he was here within minutes. He drained the water, opened the ceiling so as to prevent mold, cleaned up the mess from the cracked ceiling and protected my hardwood.
