Overall place is good to donate, if your testing comes back negative at least you know and are told…read moreup front prior to donating that your plasma will be tested often due to the nature of the persons who will be receiving it. Staff is pleasant and professional and the place is clean however its noticeable that donors do not pick up after themselves or at time seem to treat the business as a second home or hang out place instead of the place of business it is.

Horrible experiences, They defer you for no reason. Their non-clinical testing showed a positive…read moreresult for me. I have had MULTIPLE physicians document that the result was a biological false positive. They had no idea what that meant. SMH... they want to play like they are a medical facility, but don't understand the medicine behind what they are doing. Anyway... even their own center medical director cleared me to donate, but the untrained non-clinal staff still defer me. WTF is the problem? No one can tell me. It's sad that this place could be great... if the management team would step up and support the center. Having to close the center because you can't staff it reflects on the quality of the management team. It has become exponentially worse with the emergence of the new management team. I have experienced ups and downs with this location...I've been with them for awhile. The only reason I have continued to go was the support from one of the staff. Krystal tries her best, but her hands are tied by the two above her. I even sent her a RN who was willing to help with the staffing... she was turned away. There are several of the floor staff that I feel so bad for. They are good hard working people who are miserable. They know they aren't valued. They show up day after day, only to be shit on by the management of this center. I personally work with and prescribe the products made from the plasma. Treatments are not cheap, but the donor fees are lacking. CSL values profits more than they do their donors If you have a choice.. go elsewhere. Find a center where you are valued... half of their staff is doing the same. Try Ked or Biolife... I hear good things about their experiences and donor fees. At least they can keep the doors open and have staff.
