On 12-26-2023 the experience was beyond reproach.There was no air of professional curtesy.The wait time was far worst than the wait time at a busy Emergency room. The staff was very rough with there handling of clients. The atmosphere was deplorable. There is no way that such behavior isn't being monitored by corporate office. On this date of June 30,2023. I came into the center done my kiosk session at approximately 7:30ish there was noone in the lobby.However as I was waiting to be screened.Three donors walked in the door after me they all was screened and sent back to donate before me.The cameras will capture the whole situation.To wit I begin submitting this review.This is the constant behavior of employees here at the Plasma Center here in Danville.I am a donor that is volunteering my time for donations and I am constantly being treated like. read more

First time trying to go in and donate and it was absolutely ridiculous and horrible!!! The staff was so bad I didn't even care about donating to help save someone anymore it was the worst experience ever I will never walk back into that building again! As a new donor I wasn't impressed with their disorganization and rudeness. The staff so far as been rude and insulting. I got to listen to a couple employees talking to each other about another employee that was a no-show and that's why they were backed up. They speak to each other as rude as new donors. Hopefully the actual stick experience won't be as bad of an experience. If I ever get back there. read more

I referred two people there for the buddy referral and after they completed the required two donations Grifols refused to pay me my 100 dollars for referring them there. When I talked to a manager he never got back with me. Then to make matters worst the staff was rude to the people I referred threatening to defer them if they are not hydrated and they hadn't even donated yet.Worst of all one of the staff is relatives with my ex husband and went and told him about me donating .So im pretty sure some type of HIPPA law was violated .To make a long story short this place is awful and their staff is childish and rude if they want more people to want to come and donate and continue to return they need to hire a better staff and management team that actually care and listen to donors concerns.Because the current staff is very arrogant and comfortable with being rude to donors especially new donors. read more

Drove an HOUR to get to this place since I live in a rural area, and then waited almost an hour in the waiting room only to be told I'm "out of their radius". The town I live in is "not on their list" so they wouldn't take me. It's not like there's another facility closer to where I live, this is the closest one, so wth wouldn't they take people from my town???
