I called back three more times (2:31pm, 2:34pm, 2:35pm), and someone finally picks up on the fourth attempt. I talk to the same person, and make the same request. This time, he asks me to Venmo him at 206-235-0237 to ask for 11 dollars (the cost of the baklava). I do not do Venmo and insisted that I just be refunded. He then asks how he would do that without seeing my credit card. I say if I you've managed to charge me for food, you already have my credit card information. He then asks what time I came in, and out of frustration, I mutter "Jesus Christ...". This triggered the man and he accuses me of using offensive language. I state that his behavior is unprofessional and ask who his manager is. He says that he is owner, which causes me to chuckle and mutter "You're the owner? Holy sh#t."
