Then that guy Chris came back and he was the actual chef that made the roll so I watched him in real time created, and I was definitely pleased with each layer that was added to the roll. As soon as I got into my car, I tried this dish and I was a blown away. It was absolutely amazing. The flavors from the sauces to taste in the plantain to the avocado to the meat. You could taste each individual even though you're eating it all together.
