Prices are fantastic as well. Seriously, there's so much overpriced artwork in Miami but here it's quite the opposite. The amount of detail, originality, and quality in their pieces for the price - you really can't beat it. I've been to art festivals, I've walked Wynwood art district, you know the drill. NOBODY has pieces with this level of detail, creativity, and class. Sculptures (STAR WARS FREAKING SCULPTURES OUT OF THE HELMETS YOU HAVE TO SEE THEM), paintings, so much variety here I love it. I got the pieces I needed, one of the artists (by the way this place is family run, hardly seen these days especially in this area) helped me and was very kind and professional. I love my new pieces! Thank you to the Gerez Gallery family. Going to tell everyone I know. (:

Also the review from Hunter who claims to have found that gallery has been her boyfriend for several years now.

I love the unassuming rawness of this complex. A number of Anselm Kiefer's large-scale works overwhelm entire spaces: this place was made for them. It's difficult to pick a favorite here but the most unusual is Ernesto Neto's 'É o Bicho,' a 2001 assembly of lycra tulle, polyamide tubes, hooks, tumeric, black pepper and cloves. Looking like a series of large-scale udders hanging from the ceiling, the aroma of the two seasonings inserted into the pendulum-like protuberances is a sensory delight.

It is a world-renowned outdoor museum featuring, massive, constantly rotating, and vibrant street art from global artists. Founded in 2009, this walkable, family-friendly destination is surrounded by over 70 art galleries, boutiques, and cafes in the Wynwood Arts District. Wynwood is the street art district of Miami and possibly the most colourful neighbourhood in the world. Every single wall is a new experience. The talent, the detail and the bright, bold colors - amazing! Wynwood is a neighborhood just north of Downtown Miami and in between the two freeway bridges to South Beach. It was an industrial area for years, but developers revamped the place and now the warehouse buildings draw tourists in from all over the world to see the beautiful art. It was previously known as Little San Juan (El Barrio) because many people from Puerto Rico lived there, but since the area has been gentrified, it is less so. Parking: my suggestion, Park at 'Artem Apartments Garage/ Premium Parking - P2515' and walk 10 minutes.

Leah Arts District is not in real close proximity of bars and restaurants. It is in a very industrial district. The quality of the murals is great. I drove around to see the murals, you could easily walk the area but then again, it is very industrial. I saw everything in less than 30 minutes. The murals are nice to see but if you go set your expectations accordingly. I believe they may hold special events.

The two wanted to create something cool that would attract people to Hialeah which didn't have any cultural arts programs. The pair picked a name for the area and partners were selected to launch the project. The first event was a street festival held in April 2015 which was attended by over 2,000 people. The Leah Arts District is adjacent to Flamingo Plaza, a place to get your off beat purchases. The arts district is located in warehouses that were a hub of manufacturing in the 80's and 90's. After work was outsourced the warehouses were abandoned. Thrift stores moved into the area sparking an arts scene. The Leah Arts District emerged as an affordable place for artists to live, work, and showcase their art. It's located only 15 minutes from the more well known Wynwood Arts District. The Leah hosts block parties, live music, workshops, and performances. The area has approximately 30 murals from East 9th Street to East 17th Street and East Tenth Ave to the railroad tracks You can follow the Leah Arts District on Facebook for upcoming events. Unbranded Brewing Company is having their grand opening on February 23 and the annual block party is on March 7. I would recommend attending one of the events because on a Sunday afternoon the area was completely dead. Right now the Leah Arts Districts looks Wynwood did in 2005. The rent is lower here which is attracting artists. This area is being touted as the next Wynwood so it will be interesting to see how things develop. It's definitely a place to keep your eye on.

Because he tends to talk quickly, a customer can barely get a word in. I found his customer service to be condescending and patronizing. I do not know if this is a reflection of the company itself, however, agents like Juan are in it only for the money while lacking consideration for the emotional bond that people have with precious objects of their recently loved ones. my recommendation would be to contact people with employees that have some sort of sensibility and reputation for conducting themselves with less ego and more humanity. Since his critique, I have found the appropriate estate sales company who is willing to help with my treasured items and willing to take the time to see the value in them. 5/2/2024 If anyone read the response from the business owner, you will notice that he made my point. Talks too way too much and for a lengthy time Obviously the only person here that is emotional is himself. What a rant, am I right? Or am I right? Typical of a man to utilize "emotionality of a female" as an excuse for his behavior. Not to mention to go on and on regarding his millionaire clients and museum clients. As a Director of a high profile Hotel Management team I would never respond like this. If a customer is dissatisfied, an apology, and since would be the appropriate response. However, this comes to show the unprofessionalism of this individual representing his company. to be frank, you really don't wish me the best. Otherwise you would not have spent what I assume was a lot of time writing defensive remarks instead of just letting it go.
