Her rate was competitive at $125 and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Jane was very friendly and talked me through everything. Since I wasn't with my fiancé when he bought the ring, it was nice to hear more about everything that goes into selecting a diamond and I was even more pleased to hear her praise for his decision. I was easily able to schedule an appointment with Jane via email. Her office is centrally located downtown and I used Uber to avoid parking, but the building has valet for $15 or you can find a nearby parking garage/lot. I now feel safer walking around with my ring knowing it's appraised/insured. Would definitely recommend this biz to others in need of similar services!

I was referred here by a local family-owned jeweler and was happy with my experience in every way. Even without an appointment, I was able to get the appraisals done within a couple of hours on the same day I walked in, and had my jewelry sold by that afternoon. The appraisal fee was reasonable, especially given that it was on such short notice, and working with Jane and Joe was a pleasure. These are good people who know what they're doing and deserve your business. I know for sure that I'll only go to them from now on. Highly recommended.
