I do not know if this is a reflection of the company itself, however, agents like Juan are in it only for the money while lacking consideration for the emotional bond that people have with precious objects of their recently loved ones. my recommendation would be to contact people with employees that have some sort of sensibility and reputation for conducting themselves with less ego and more humanity.
