Easily the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The attendant was rough with me and dried out my fingers with overuse of polish remover since she kept painting on my skin. My acrylics are uneven and terribly shaped with one of the worst paint jobs i've ever seen. By far the worst manicure and pedicure EVER. I went in getting a gel manicure, the lady pushed a pedicure onto my service which is fine. But both the services were below sub par. My pedicure was nonchalantly and quickly done. Both gel manicure and pedicure were on my skin, it's like they couldn't color inside the lines. The lady said she's not cutting the cuticles bc you'll get hang nails. I told her I do want them cut bc my manicure lasts longer. She did not do them. She did not file my nails professionally, only a couple swipes of on each finger, leaving my nails jagged and unshaped. Each time she put a layer of polish on, she wiped the polish off of my skin but also wiped off part of the polish on the actual nail. Yet there is still nail polish everywhere on my skin. I don't ever leave reviews. However, I feel that I must in case there's another person like me out there. I totally missed the reviews on this place. I had left my phone in the hospital. Well, all the reviews are true! I only give it one star because the $10 eyebrow wax was actually good! Albeit, I had them filled in and the younger woman just cleaned up around it. She did try to get in a lip wax too, but I declined. The $30 pedicure was mediocre to say the least. I asked for a pedicure as soon as I walked in and the ladies had me write my name on the list....but there was NO wait. No one was in there and it was lunchtime. Anyhow, she pointed to the wall of polish and told me to choose my color. I walked over to the gel polish wall and was stopped by the older lady (who did my pedi) because they don't do gel pedicures. Why not?? The regular-polish pedicure lasted 13 mins. The first three minutes consisted in her removing my gel polish with the drill ($5). She wet my feet, buffed my drilled nails, quickly rubbed some lotion on my legs, drenched my toes in acetone, sloppily polished, and called it a day. You can clearly see I needed my cuticles worked on and the top coat is only on 3/4 of the way smh. read more

Do NOT GO HERE! When I went in I told her I only wanted to fix a few toes and get a fill in and my daughter wanted her toes and nails with a design the woman interrupted me and asked ok so what you want tell me now toes and nails for her and toes and nails for you?! Ok write that down & pick your colors .. she got us both a pedicure chair ready. She finished with another lady then comes over and starts to try and remove the gel with nail polish remover I told her it's gel she said oh ok come over here... to the nail station to take off the gel.. I stick my foot under the desk I couldn't tell that she was taking the gel off all the toes then when I did realize I figured she had to redo them all to match how short the broken one was.. then she did my other foot still confused I let her continue.. we got back to the pedicure chair and I thought she would finish taking off the old gel polish no off to the base coat we go.. a sloppy base coat at that then straight to the polish then she walked me back to the nail chair while she started my acrylic and they dried my gel toes with a fan when I got up to wash my hands I looked down at my toes she hurried me back to the chair by saying no your toes are good I said no they aren't she said I'll fix it for you ill do your nails the same color (they are not) when she was doing my nails I started paying attention to the shape as she was not she said don't worry I still have to fix your shape one more time (she never asked if I was okay with the shape) then we were doing paint to cut the shape she used the oldest acrylic brush she had thats bristles we're all going a different way.. I thought it was looking good until I looked when she put the top coat.. then it all hits me my nails are fucked up my toes are fucked up I look at my daughters nails and toes they are messed up too I told them the top coat isn't all the way on her toes there is polish all on her skin they bring her over to fix them (all they did is put another coat on ) I tell them my toes are messed up we need to start over she tells me just to let them dry more.. I let them dry more and I say I'm not paying for the toes they are messed up they say ok I'll take off 8 for you I did a whole pedicure! I said I didn't want one she said I took off the gel for you I said no you didn't I said I'll pay $100 for both I'm not happy this isn't quality job she said I will take it off for you and you paint it I said it looks like I did paint it!! She said ok I'll take it off for you and paint it I interrupted her and said no because you will charge me again! She said $140 I told her my nails were messed up the shape looks like they are running this way she started laughing!!! I said you think it is funny? I don't get it! I got up and walked toward the counter to give $100 and the lady blocked the exit!!!! Sister rushed through the pedicure (15 minutes), leaving out many steps and the polish application was horrific (like a two year old applied). Never had a spa pedicure with no massage or cuticle care or buffing of nails or scrubbing of feet. I paid $30 for this mess. Never again! Overall, the salon is very dirty. Roaches crawling around on the floor, flies flying around, they do not use the AC, so stuffy and obnoxious smell of incense. Don't know how they stay in business. This is the worst ever for me. We were staying at the Courtyard & this was a short walk away. It appeared fairly nice & clean. The girls weren't overly friendly but I Needed a pedi & a fill in a bad way ... so I stayed. My first complaint is that they only offer One pedicure. (That I found very strange ... who in their right mind doesn't want to up sell a service?!) I had just driven 1600 miles & was in the mood for a good pampering. You will not find that service here! It was the fastest, sloppiest, least enjoyable pedi ever. The gal was too busy talking to another gal (owner maybe?) & two kids that she wasn't paying any attention to what she was doing. I got a quick clip & wash followed by lotion being applied & quickly wiped back off with a towel ... not rubbed in at all. Then she slapped polish on so fast that it was literally everywhere. Nothing close to anything I've ever experienced. The fill followed ... it was equally as horrific. I had acrylic everywhere but little (to none in spots) where it was supposed to be. Twice I requested she fix it. After that I was just ready to be done. At least my fingers matched my toes I guess ... polish everywhere! What a horrible experience. I ALWAYS tip & usually quite well. There were two women working in the salon and was told to pick a color and they would be with me shortly. They did not have a large selection of gel polish, but I found a color I liked and waited. The wait was 10 mins. When they used the electric file it hurt, but I could take it. After she had the fill in done, my nails looked rough. Even after she buffed them I was concerned. Horrible Pedicure, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW SANITATION LAWS!! This place is terrible. The lady had the gentle touch of an angry grizzly bear. She never spoke to me the entire time. The other lady was on Skype on her computer talking nonstop very loudly for the entire 20 minutes I was being tortured. She left my nails uneven and misshapen. No massage was performed. When finished she drained the tub and handed me my socks. No towel to dry my feet first. She then used the same towel she had been wiping implements on to wipe out the tub, which she then sprayed with Dow Scrubbing Bubbles and immediately wiped out again. That was her sanitation job. She did not completely get my color off my nails before she started applying a sloppy white tip to my nail. She didn't even wait for the white tip to dry before putting on a clear coat. The clear coat was rushed and sloppy. I have white nail polish all over my fingers, my nails are smudged, uneven white tips, and I have stuff all behind my nails from where she tried to file my tips. Horrible !!! Just horrible! I got a full set with gel powder. The nails were not straight and lumpy. They were not filled enough to look natural! It almost overlaid on to my cuticles! I asked for a refund and they were very rude about giving my money back! My boyfriend was standing next to me and said that he was unhappy with the way they looked and demanded the money back! The woman that actually did my nails wouldn't even look up at us. The woman other was also very rude, she grabbed a pair of fingernail clippers and just started clipping off my nails so aggressively! Feet soaked for a couple of minutes, then she went to chopping away. Barely scrubbed my feet. Slapped some lotion on my legs and then applied the nail polish. Took about 15 minutes. Didn't know how bad it was until I stepped outside into the natural light. She cut my nails to short and at a jagged angle. I'll be surprised if I don't end up with an infection or ingrown nail. The polish...well, my 6 year old niece could have done a better job. It was messy, lumpy, and covered the cuticles. I rushed home to try and fixed the hot mess. I was livid! I went to this location last Friday it's been years since I have been in that area so I thought I would stop for a pedicure. I see why the pedicure only cost $20.00 it was the worst I have ever had. Water would not stay hot, Didn't scrub my feet good, no warm towel on your legs, polish was awful (I was sitting under the dryer thing didn't touch anything the polish kept running off and the lady was getting mad at me like it was my fault).
