So I'm not sure why they waited until 11:39 AM to cancel a job that was commencing at 1:30 PM. They offered to return on a day that was also forecast for rain, but maybe that was less aggressive rain? This naturally on the day we already needed to have the work done and in place, so even if they had magically figured out how to work indoors in the rain, we were quite hosed. We had initially chosen them not because they were the cheapest, but specifically because of their availability and ease of schedule.
