After receiving several quotes on disconnecting our equipment and running new electrical into our new building, I found this company to be very reasonably priced. They did great work! Juan answered all of my questions, addressed concerns, and helped decide on what route to take. His technician, Eli, was just as helpful. On the day of installation, I had other "bright ideas" that Eli actually entertained and evaluated each task that would be needed to complete my changes. At the end of it, I was quoted for 3 different paths, and without pressure allowed me to choose what suited me best. Our instalation of EV charger ended within schedule and was mounted perfectly. I mentioned it Eli when he was here, but they weren't the cheapest, nor most expensive, but Juan was the most straight forward and willing person to discuss my projects goals, and that's what won the bid. Between Juan and Eli, I found me a reliable company to do my future electrical work. Thank you!

Tim responded to my inquiry for help very quickly. He was one of the first two or three to reach out and asked if he could swing by the following day for a free estimate. Instead I sent him a couple of detailed photos showing where the existing outlet was and then the opposite side of the wall where I wanted a new outlet. I have other work that I would like to have done so I have requested a quote. These guys have absolutely earned my trust and business moving forward. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, it's tough to afford quality services, so when they are offered right out of the gate without having to haggle or cajole, it's very much appreciated. Because our breaker panel is new (4 years old), and the charger was installed right next to the panel, it cost us approx $500 to install..a very reasonable rate. I recently had an electric company come to my house in Riverside and he told me I needed a "sub-panel" added for over $7,000 to install my Tesla EV charger, and they were lying (that electrician was using hard-core sales tactics and I could tell what he was doing). Bottom line...HB electric never pulled any get-rich-quick schemes. Their electrician showed up on time and did excellent work. And the lady in their office got me an accurate quote BEFORE the electrician ever showed up at my house. They asked for a photo of our breaker panel and then gave us the quote. These folks are honest and do great work...we will absolutely do business with them in the future. !
