Can't say enough great things on this company. I had an issue where my mom's casita was without power. Ryan stated he couldn't come out for two days because of other jobs and because it was a holiday. This power outage all happened in the middle of the night. Where do I start... I worked as a licensed electrician for over 8 years doing everything for low voltage to industrial, over that time period I developed a lower back issue and I am very limited on what I can and cannot do ( especially when going into tight spaces like attics and such ) but if I have to hire an electrician I guess you could say I have fairly high expectations. These guys are absolutely awesome! We had a huge chandelier we needed to get installed at the peak of a 23 ft. ceiling and we called probably 5 different companies that couldn't help due to the constraints of the room layout and ceiling height. We were referred to Lock and Alert by our neighbors who have been using them for years and they came and said they were up for the challenge!! They brought 4 guys out and found a specialized lift that would fit in the space without damaging our brand new floors. They took extreme care and were able to get the chandelier up and had go out and buy extra parts to modify the plate where the chandelier was connected. HOWEVER, after they were all done and the lift was loaded back into the truck, my wife took a look at the chandelier and thought it just didn't look right and that it needed to be lowered ‍...I tried to talk her out of it since the guys were all finished but to her credit she persisted and asked the guys how much it would cost extra to lower it as it would be something that will be with us for years to come. The guys were really cool about it and said no problem, schlepped the lift back off the truck, maneuvered it all through the house and back into place and then went out to home depot AGAIN and bought a length of chain so the chandelier would come down to where my wife wanted it; I'm really happy she stuck to her guns because the overall look was much better with the lower height (you were right again honey!). And to top it all off they didn't charge us any more than the original quoted price. DAMN! We were blown away with professionalism, competence and just generally decent vibe of Joseph, Ryan and the rest of the crew. Replaced all old alarms with the latest in smoke alarms, by a family member, but they continued to chirp. Didn't realize that the batteries that came with the new alarms might be bad.
