He later admitted he had already spent it on his personal bills, saying he "didn't have it anymore," and even tried to guilt me with excuses about having kids. When I asked for a refund after deciding not to move forward with him, he ignored every message, stopped responding, and blocked me. No work was ever started, and no refund was ever issued. This is fraud, plain and simple. Anthony is a scammer who takes people's money and disappears. Avoid this person at all costs -- don't fall for the same trap.
