Luigi finally got the paperwork together to get an inspector to come out in December. The inspector failed it due to the roof not being closed up, no cap on the old meter, and the paperwork filled out incorrectly with the wrong amps. Luigi finally fixed the roof in February. I took care of the other problems. Please see pictures of the roof repair. I had to have it redone! One detail that an electrician should know is to put on the flashing before hooking up the wire. Another detail that I would expect to be better from a license electrician is that a 220 breaker was done with 110 breakers that were not next to each other or connected! This job took way too long to complete and he could not even call for the final inspection!! Beware!

Tim responded to my inquiry for help very quickly. He was one of the first two or three to reach out and asked if he could swing by the following day for a free estimate. Instead I sent him a couple of detailed photos showing where the existing outlet was and then the opposite side of the wall where I wanted a new outlet. He got back to me with a quote that was both fair and reasonable. Aaron showed up on time and in less than an hour, had my new outlet installed and everything cleaned up and looking great. While the technician did complete the job, the service took longer than expected and communication was poor. I wasn't kept informed about delays or changes. The work was acceptable, but nothing stood out as particularly professional or efficient. Overall, there's room for improvement in communication, transparency, and customer service.
