    This store messed up my account when I traded in a watch and phone in October, since then I have…read morebeen dealing with the store and customer service and 3 months now and my account is still messed up. The real kicker just happened Wednesday when Monday my account said I owed the normal amount and then Wednesday they charged me over $350 more and caused my account to be overdrawn. I have been trying to get my account corrected but to no avail. Verizon customer service is the worst, when you ask for a manager they never get you to a manager just keep shuffling me around to other foreign staff on the call in line. Never get an American to help me. If I didn't have a contract I would leave Verizon so fast. If I could give negative stats I would.

Needless to say worked out of there with paying about $170 just in sales tax etc within 5 days received my first Bill didn't pay much attention to it cuz I thought I had a month however it was 275 to my amazement. I returned to the store things were to be a fixed mind you my phone has already been turned off I'm going to make this short my next month's bill was $600 nothing had been done I continue to make payments way over what my projected Mount was supposed to be up to $200.00 it has been 7 months and my phone has been turned off 8 times. Last month I had no service for 17 days . Even though $290.00 was paid . Service restored by Liberty store. After 3 hours til 31st. At 12:25am service was discontinued again. It's November, I paid $130 like they asked on 5 th. If my service gets disconnected this month everything I own a Verizon goes back and I'm done. If anything they owe me

    I moved to Marceline in February of 2013. I contacted the local cable company Mediacom for service…read more I ordered cable and internet services through them. I went through many cable boxes and many tech visits. Each time they would bring me a new box. I would estimate that it took approx. 3 months to get working cable TV service. At which point I was never credited for the time I did not have service. Starting the 3rd month when my TV service started working, my internet service stopped working. I have put in an estimated 7-8 tech calls regarding extremely frequent internet disconnections. The service disconnects as frequent as 2-5 minutes apart and 30-50 times a day. The service is unusable. Several techs have been out and they have escalated the issue. My last tech was out last week and he told me that if the service was not working by last Thursday I should call them back. I did call them as I was still having disconnects. While I was on the phone with the tech support my internet monitor logged over 10 disconnects. They scheduled an appointment for today. At all the previous visits my wife had dealt with the techs. Today I took off early from work so that I would be able to talk to the tech directly. The tech never showed up. My appointment was scheduled from between 1-5pm today. At 4:30pm I received an email stating that my appointment was cancelled. I called the customer service line to inquire as to why. The rep told me that the tech stated he had tried to call me and I did not answer several calls and that no one was home. I told the rep that I've been home and I have not missed any calls. I have been home for several hours. And to top it off, there are several people here with me and no one ever seen a tech show up. This was definitely the icing on the cake. I'm finished with Mediacom. 6 months later and I still don't have the service I paid for 6 months ago. I would not recommend Mediacom.

Told 2-3 week wait for a service call for no internet! Why in the world should anyone put up with that? Nope. I switched to Centurylink and never looked back.
