This store messed up my account when I traded in a watch and phone in October, since then I have been dealing with the store and customer service and 3 months now and my account is still messed up. The real kicker just happened Wednesday when Monday my account said I owed the normal amount and then Wednesday they charged me over $350 more and caused my account to be overdrawn. I have been trying to get my account corrected but to no avail. Verizon customer service is the worst, when you ask for a manager they never get you to a manager just keep shuffling me around to other foreign staff on the call in line. I'm not even sure where to start. I feel like I'm starting to sound like a recording. I started out by switching from cricket to them and obtained an iPhone 16 the tablet and internet and was quoted approximately $90 a month because of life line Internet because of my income. Needless to say worked out of there with paying about $170 just in sales tax etc within 5 days received my first Bill didn't pay much attention to it cuz I thought I had a month however it was 275 to my amazement. I returned to the store things were to be a fixed mind you my phone has already been turned off I'm going to make this short my next month's bill was $600 nothing had been done I continue to make payments way over what my projected Mount was supposed to be up to $200.00 it has been 7 months and my phone has been turned off 8 times. Last month I had no service for 17 days . Even though $290.00 was paid . Service restored by Liberty store. After 3 hours til 31st. At 12:25am service was discontinued again. This place is very rude. Non helpful. My wife and myself walked into Verizon store. We had a great attitude. We stood there for a minute and this salesperson, came up to asked if we needed help. This where it went down hill fast. My IPhone 13 mini was locked up. we explained too him that a message came up on my phone saying I was hacked. He said in a smartass tone of voice IPhones can't be hacked. We said oh we did not know. We showed him it was locked up and he said what do you want me to do about it? We said unlock it please. He would not do it , Came up with some phony excuse.not to try to unlock my IPhone. We were getting upset by his attitude. My wife asked him to check our account. He'll he would not even do that!!!!. He said we could do back there and pointed and walked off. We went back there where he pointed at the back wall. And we guess we were in the right place there. It was a computer screen. My wife tried to get to come up several times and could not it to work. Hell we did not know if we were in the right area to check our account on line. We looked around for help and they all ran away once they seen us looking around for help. Acted liked they busy. The guy who was helping us was as far away as he could get. He was helping another couple. I started to walk over there and say something. But my wife was madder than a hornet. She walked out and told the salespeople were really bad and rude to girl who was by the front door. . I went in to get quotes to switch phone lines. I was told they had a special of iPhone 14 on them or I could trade in any phone to get an iPhone 15. I had my daughter look at home and she found a phone to get me a iPhone 15. I was told by the sales guy that if I got the iPhone 14 I would receive a bill credit for the difference which was about $15 a month but they would apply an entire bill credit to my account. I was also told that my bill would be $160 a month. My first bill was $255 because they did not waive the activation fees as stated. I had to pay all $255 because Verizon shut off my phone. I immediately went into Verizon and the gentleman took about $20 off of my next bill bringing it down to $140. I have just been given a new bill which says that I owe $180. Again, I was told my bill would be $160 and I was to have credits on my account for the $15 a month or whatever for my iPhone 14. My son's phone was free and I was supposed to have a credit for the length of the installments. This place just tells you what you want to hear so that you sign up. There is no reason I had to pay $255 for my first bill when my bill is to be $160. They never gave me any money back or credited my account for the overpayment. That is absolutely unreal. They just want you in the door with false promises and then do not stick to what they need to do. It is very disheartening that they promised so much and continue to run my bill up higher and higher. $180 for two phones is absolutely asinine when I was quoited $160. I am now having to file complaints due to their dishonesty and the fact that they charge me $255 for a bill and now $180 for a bill. I'm so annoyed. read more

Gwen is awesome! I didn't want to go in to the store so I tried to transfer my old phone to my new one with the help of a Verizon tech over the phone. An hour and a half later neither of my phones worked. I went to the store and Gwen figured out exactly what I wanted through all of my rambling. I was all set in less than 15 minutes and Gwen gave me clear instructions about what I needed to do after leaving the store. My phone and my sons phone now work perfect! Verizon needs to step up to help families! We have to use hotspot where we are at. With the kids having to do school online now, we called to make sure our unlimited we pay over $400/month for can actually be unlimited and not slow down. They want to charge us more and give us more upgrades. They need to help families until we are bk in school. We are going to use sparingly but its just ridiculous how Verizon is still trying to gouge and take advantage of their customers. read more

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I needed to upgrade an iPhone and explained I needed help transferring the information as I was not technologically savvy. The woman who sold me the phone was little to no help and when I realized content had not transferred I was told by a man that it was apples problem not Verizon's. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy note for my wife as a gift it cost 1299.00 I also purchased the most expensive insurance the plan would allow for the device . My wife is having technical issues because of the devices S pen . We have only had the device for 8 days , So when she called Verizon customer service they told her since we haven't had the device for 14 days that they would notate our account and to take it to the nearest store and they would replace it. So my wife called the Library Mo. store and talked to someone named Nakita who answered the just answered the phone by saying hello , my wife was like is this Verizon she replied umha , my wife explained to her what was going on she put us on hold and got back on the phone and told her she didn't know who she talked to but they weren't going to help us and wouldn't even look up our account , she was very rude to a customer that spends more a month on their Version bill then they do their car payment . So I called back and talked to someone named Shawn who wasn't any different , wouldn't listen to anything I had to say are even look up my account . I then called back customer service and told them what the Liberty store said and how we got treated , they seen the notation in our account and called Liberty themselves , they got back on the phone with us and told us sorry but they can't make a store coroperate with us and that they would try to find a store that would honor thier 14 day return policy , they got back on the phone and said sorry there was nothing they could do and now we were stuck with a device that is not fully functional even though we only had it for 8 days and have insurance on it. What kind of business practice is this , I thought Verizon was a reputable company or else I would have never made a $1299.00 purchase with them , I am totally floored over the fact that I'm being treated like this , I have over 4 device and plans for the whole family . Took a day off from work to get our new Blackberry Classic activated, as well as transferring data from the old Blackberry Bold, to the new Classic. We arrived even before the doors were unlocked, and ended up spending over an hour in the store. They seemed to be having problems getting the data transferred over. I had requested that ALL of the data from the old phone be transferred, but when we arrived back home, we noticed that only the contacts had been transferred. None of our photos were in the "pictures" folder. No ringtones either. Later, when it was time to activate the phone, they actually had to call tech support to figure out how to activate the phone. The staff were friendly overall, but I felt like we were just one of many in an "assembly line" atmosphere. The store is tiny, with limited seating, so I just sat on the floor. read more

Shawn was great at moving data from a 1980's phone to a Droid. Was nice to walk in and get competent help with out a hassle.

The service is horrible. It's always busy (why is beyond me) so you have to wait a long time to get waited on. We needed a new router but Shawn told us we could upgrade our phones. We decided to do so, but they only had the phones in white and we wanted black. He said they were out, but would get some from another store in the morning and call us when they were there. A week later, we called them. They told us they had the phones in black. We went back over there. Shawn was there, but with other customers and told us we had to wait in line - basically start all over. He didn't care that he hadn't bothered to call us back and make an appointment for us like he said he would. We told him we didn't have time to wait and he said "Well, you can do it online". The first day he "helped" us, he also made a very unprofessional remark about another smaller Verizon store. Basically said they were useless. We went to Best Buy, got the same deal and much better service. Will not use a Verizon store again. read more
