Let me start off by saying I have been a customer of Verizon for 17 years. In those 17 years I…read morehave had good customer service. I have had bad customer service. I have even had indifferent customer service with Verizon. That is why when I have excellent customer service, I feel the need to say something. Customer service is a talent. It's not something you can teach. Either you have it or you don't. Yesenia has that type of customer service. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave. She is fully engaged to you as a customer. Is patient with your questions and concerns. If she doesn't know. She will get the right answer. These type of people are "gems" of the company. They become the face of the location. People are loyal to people. So from now on I will continue my service with Verizon there. Because I didn't feel like an s count number. I felt like a person, a person that had concerns and was able to have my needs met. Great place to start your Verizon relationship if you don't already have one.

Steve is the one who specializes in the machine I wanted, and he is very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and explained to me all the available options. I have turned to EBS on several occasions in the past to replace failing microcassette tape recorders and transcription equipment, and most recently, to replace a broken Dictaphone Voice Recorder. They have a great trade-in service, where they shipped me a refurbished machine, with a free shipping label to send back my broken machine. I also purchased a great new headset, which has wonderful clarity! The products they carry are very hard to find, and many are no longer in production. If you are looking for dictation/transcription machines, foot controls (both analog and digital), headsets, power cords, etc., check them out!
