The real kicker just happened Wednesday when Monday my account said I owed the normal amount and then Wednesday they charged me over $350 more and caused my account to be overdrawn. I have been trying to get my account corrected but to no avail. Verizon customer service is the worst, when you ask for a manager they never get you to a manager just keep shuffling me around to other foreign staff on the call in line. Never get an American to help me. If I didn't have a contract I would leave Verizon so fast. If I could give negative stats I would.

I'm not even sure where to start. I feel like I'm starting to sound like a recording. I returned to the store things were to be a fixed mind you my phone has already been turned off I'm going to make this short my next month's bill was $600 nothing had been done I continue to make payments way over what my projected Mount was supposed to be up to $200.00 it has been 7 months and my phone has been turned off 8 times. Last month I had no service for 17 days . Even though $290.00 was paid . Service restored by Liberty store. After 3 hours til 31st. At 12:25am service was discontinued again. It's November, I paid $130 like they asked on 5 th. If my service gets disconnected this month everything I own a Verizon goes back and I'm done. If anything they owe me

Great Performance, Solid Build, and Smooth Buying Experience…read more I recently purchased a CyberPowerPC desktop from Best Buy in Lee's Summit, and overall I'm very impressed with the experience and the quality of the system. The PC was well-packaged, cleanly built, and worked perfectly right out of the box with no setup issues. Performance has been excellent for both gaming and everyday use. Temps are solid, airflow is good, and the components were exactly as advertised. The system feels well-optimized and stable even under heavier loads, which says a lot about the assembly and quality control. I also appreciate that CyberPowerPC uses name-brand parts rather than generic components, which gives me confidence in long-term reliability and upgrade potential. For a prebuilt, the value is very competitive compared to building myself. Overall, this was a smooth purchase and a great PC. I'd confidently recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a powerful, ready-to-go system without the hassle of building from scratch.

This info must be given before Norton would allow activation. Called customer service, call routed to India, but agent managed to activate without giving out visa number. Norton is very sneaky in this regard. Good product, lousy treatment of customers. Will never buy Norton product again.
