The real kicker just happened Wednesday when Monday my account said I owed the normal amount and then Wednesday they charged me over $350 more and caused my account to be overdrawn. I have been trying to get my account corrected but to no avail. Verizon customer service is the worst, when you ask for a manager they never get you to a manager just keep shuffling me around to other foreign staff on the call in line. Never get an American to help me. If I didn't have a contract I would leave Verizon so fast. If I could give negative stats I would.

This info must be given before Norton would allow activation. Called customer service, call routed to India, but agent managed to activate without giving out visa number. Norton is very sneaky in this regard. Good product, lousy treatment of customers. Will never buy Norton product again.
