I went in for an issue that I was of course having with my I phone. I repeated my situation a few times to many and it became clear that this store manager that was supposed to help me knew nothing about what he was doing. He kept asking what I wanted him to do. I will admit my voice started to rise. He said I was disrespecting him and he would have to ask me to leave. When I mentioned corporate, he said I was threatening him. I told him I would wait for another rep but, this manager would not stop talking so I left. I'm not going to say don't go to this store but beware of the store manager Zach, didn't get last name. These places are endless wastes of time, only surpassed by car purchases. I went in just to get a new device. After 2 hours and probably 15x of the salesman trying to get me to make some silly change to my plan and solicitations to buy insurance, I left and learned shortly thereafter that I financed a phone - for 36 months. I don't rent couches or shoes or underwear or various other items, nor will I rent a phone from you. So, I just wasted time trying to figure out how to buy what I already bought. Went here to speak to staff in store regarding information about applying a discount that my employer offers. When the young (20s) staff member approached me, I noticed that he had a flippant attitude. I personally didn't care about his demeanor just that he would give me the information I requested. After speaking with him and giving him the information needed. He stated that 'you don't get a discount through the unlimited plan, and only discount you get is for accessories.' Now mind you I am only aware of the plans that he brings to my attention. Annoyed I called customer care, and they stated 'No you don't get a discount through the unlimited plan, but you do get a discount through this Mobile Share plan.' The in store rep didn't even mention this Mobile Share plan or that option. I went to the store and reiterated what I was told. The young rep replies 'Well would you like to look at the Mobile Share Plan?' Yes, I want to look at all options - I only know what exists because you tell me. I didn't even follow through with what I originally came for, because he left a sour taste in my mouth and I actually contemplated switching services. I was later informed by a third party that they receive commission for the Unlimited Plans signups - so that's probably why he made it seem like it was the only option. Do not waste money on ATT insurance. You get refurbished phones and bullshit. Had insurance on my phone. Checked by store personnel. Perfect physical condition; phone didn't work; diagnostics confirmed the problems. Replacement phone sent old phone returned. Replacement phone returned; didn't work any better Old phone returned as damaged. Not true. Replacement phone is refurbished with many third party parts. Apple doesn't work on these phones. This is a fairly large store, especially for the Leavenworth area. The staff is very helpful and willing to work through any issues you may be having (as well as gently try to talk you into some new equipment.) Overall, I've been pretty satisfied with the service I've received. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Been with AT&T since it was Cingular and have never been treated like this at a store. Had to wait for ones in front of me, which was fine, but got passed up multiple times for "people with appointments" as the front door "I can do nothing but open the door" guy at front told me. I love this store. We've been AT&T customers since 2006 with five lines on our account. Every time I've had a problem or question I head to this store and have never been disappointed. We now live closer to other AT&T stores but I always make the drive to this one. read more
