It's all digital which is great, and then he texted my appt confirmation, cost ($80) and the contract to e-sign. He even sent a photo of what the building looks like -- just great communication overall. When I popped in for my appointment, he had a mask on as did I. I opted to wait in the car out of Covid precautions, and recommend bringing a book or magazines as it takes around 30-60 minutes for battery replacement. Walter's a really nice guy which adds to the experience. He put my phone in a UV sterilizing box and we chatted for a bit and I was on my way. A more memorable and positive experience than I expected to have. I should note the experience I outlined is the norm, but he also offers to come to you for an additional fee. Highly recommend, and he's going to be my new go-to for repairs as I try to keep this iPhone X running as long as possible.
