I worked with KCAV to demo, purchase, and install an Audio Video system in two of my companies main conference rooms. The product we chose was fairly new to the market. KCAV prepared a demonstration and brought the product on site, configured it and tested it with us. I will admit, there were some hickups with the initial presentation and some follow up questions that needed answering. These were not due to KCAV so much as it was due to the relative newness of the product. Xan, who was our sales rep, was able to get us a meeting with the manufacturer directly. During the meeting, the rest of our questions were answered and we had the necessary information to make an informed decision. We negotiated a great price for the product and installation and moved forward. The installation was smoothe and great. It went so well that we ended up utilizing KCAV to run cabling for the devices as well to our conference table. This was a great experience. Sadly, too many people simply like to fuss about things when they don't go well, but they don't post when things do go well. It's unfortunate. I needed to rent a TV and Cart for a Tradeshow. But then I realized our office was buying a big TV and that we could use that. No problem. KCAV would rent us just the cart for $50, for the weekend. When I picked it up, I realized I had forgotten some power cords. No problem, they threw those in. When I returned the equipment, I realized I forgot a couple pieces.
