He even threw in some light stands and electrical chords for free and delivered the system- a BIG plus! Though there was a slight hiccup in delivery, Taylor was quick to respond and pull out the stops to correct the issue. The set-up was perfectly on time with his help. The system sounded KILLER! I was sent a contract that states deposit is non-refundable which is completely valid. I had to cancel due to pregnancy and not being able to fit my dress my wedding was set for May 19 so plenty of notice to cancel. I was supposed to review the $599.25 back that was the rest of the $799 package I paid for. deposit was $199.75. the DJ now states his contract says he doesn't have to return any money to me. I kept a copy of rhe contract it never states this. he refuses to return my money and has blocked me on cashapp and my phone number. it sucks that I'm going thru this but I hope no suspecting bride ever has to again! please don't book him or this company they all refuse to take my call.
