I tweaked my shoulder pretty severely the night before a big performance and as the amazing person that he is, he googled Olea and booked an appt for me that night with the session being immediately the morning after. Already, 5 stars for being able to accommodate me within less than 12 hours and he was able to pre-pay them as well! My therapist, Katie, worked with me to fix me and relieve my pain temporarily but the best part was that she gave me exercises and showed me how to relieve pain on my own. That was gold! She was so. freaking. good that immediately after I started seeing her once a month for close to 6 months. During this time she really took the time to assess me properly, work on specific areas and cater my sessions to me + my body. Every session was phenomenal and I really learned a lot. Now I go back here and there. I can go back to get some real bodywork done or I can go back when I just feel like I need a zen, relaxing massage.
