We were quickly greeted and shown to a couples massage room. Now understand this is traditional Asian massage which includes hands, knees, elbows, and potential body climbing. The environment is clean but this is not a day spa setup. The massage 12 out of 10.

You'll just need to walk around to find the entrance. Everyone I encountered was friendly. The space was clean, modern with cute decorations. I scheduled my massage first. Wasn't a fan of her technique. She gave quick and fast strokes - like she was rushing. Overall, it was okay. As I had another service after the massage a robe was left for me to put on so I could walk to a different room. The robe is not plus size friendly! My next service was a dermaplane facial. Again, did not like her technique especially when it was time for the dermaplane; nearly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid a total of $240 for both services. As this experience was just "okay" for me, I don't plan to return.

They charge in advance for the full service, and while text reminders and confirmations they only email when canceling appointments. They do not automatically credit back your card when canceling on their side either. It is on you to request a refund. Also they do not answer phone calls or chat messages in a timely manner. It's a poorly set up system that takes no accountability and neither does the owner. For better customer service, consider Key of Life Wellness Center.

Its not easy with folks with our condition to be ok with massages but I would advise anyone with a disability or pain to take this on with Heidi. Will be making monthly appointments.

Rolfing fixes it most of the time.. When I began the ten-series with Jill my body felt like a beat-up jalopy that did not run nearly as well as I felt it should or could. I had lost my sense of center, my body felt discombobulated and as if it wasn't communicating with my brain or my desires of movement. I was stiff and rigid in my jerky movements. With each session my body's flow, rhythm, and sense of unity returned. I swooshed out of her office feeling like a human. The most lovely thing is that the changes that were accomplished have maintained. Unlike other modalities that can just be band-aids, momentary, Rolfing has reminded my body of how it functions at it's best and my body is remembering. And this is why you should call Jill.. your body is dying to remember how amazing it can feel.
