He responded "i'm also not re-taping your package" This is not a free tape store. You can purchase tape from me, but i'm still not shipping the one not double boxed. Are you kidding me. Lol I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me at the counter. I accidentally mixed up the two packages that he scanned for me, but he quickly resolved it without issue. I wish I got his name because he provided excellent customer service and was quite cheerful. Even with my mixup, I was in and out of there within a few minutes . Another thing I noticed on my drop off package receipt, is that they provide a discount code for some of their services. Their prices are already reasonable, so this is a nice little bonus. Another bonus is that Petra falafel recently opened. I grabbed one of their take-out menu so that I can easily order from them in the future.

As you walk toward the viewing parlors, there are short halls that lead back to a cross hall where the lounge and restrooms are located. There are stained glass windows along the hall and also in Parlor A. With the sun shining through, it was quite peaceful. There is a small parking lot located on the west side of the building and then another parking lot located across the street on the east side. Take precaution when exiting the lots onto Cermak Road.
