I contacted them and a youngish gentleman called me back within an hour or two (I was thrilled). We set up an appointment at his place which was about 10-15 mins away, for early the next morning. He even accepted a time that was earlier than he typically starts working (I requested the favor so that my husband could get the form notarized and then travel to his workplace, in time for his 8 a.m. appointment. After setting all this up, one of my neighbors whom I don't know emailed that she's a notary and was happy to help us. Since she lives within a 2-minute drive from us and could accommodate my husband at 7:30 a.m., AND wouldn't charge us, we decided to go with her. I contacted the young gentleman who was expecting my husband early the next morning, and told him we wouldn't need his service after all. I profusely apologized of course, for troubling him. So, we didn't end up using him as a notary but he was so gracious that I give him as many stars as possible, without having even used his service.

It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). He warmly greeted me and then apologized since they had a power outage in the morning so the systems were running a little slow. While we were waiting he noticed the guest behind me and helped direct him on where to place the package he was sending. He also assisted his coworker (not that she needed it, per say, but it helped keep things running smoothly). After that the computer was ready and he scanned my package. He was very efficient and made sure that he was using his time wisely. I also observed the woman helping the other customer while I was waiting, and she was very detail-oriented and professional with him. While I was leaving, the gentleman gave me a friendly goodbye which felt very genuine, and I left the store actually feeling better and had my day brightened up. Can't say that about many places these days, so big thanks to them for being so great!

While I am currently waiting to hear back via email from this company, I have just learned from my personal lawyer that these two apostilles (certify criminal background document and then a Social Security ) stated they CAN NOT BE USED because they were issued from the COUNTRY of SWEDEN, NOT the USA. The company was aware that these two documents were for the country of Portugal and evidently people who live in the United States cannot have United States documents from a different country!!!!!! OMG NIGHTMARE I BET IS JUST GAVE $380 and my Social Security number to a thief!!! I am waiting for the company to email back and I will change this review if they rectify the situation.
