I was SO surprised to see that we were second in line when we arrived. The last few times I had to mail things out I had to wait for at least 20-30 minutes due to demand. We were in and out of here in 15! The store was nicely organized and very clean. The had their stations clearly labeled (printing, shipping boxes/envelopes, cards, etc.) This location is pretty tiny so if there were more people the line would have had to trail outside (two people were behind us by the time we were finishing and the last person was practically at the door.) They had a bunch of social distancing reminders in the store and the associate was wearing a mask. The associate working was kind and welcomed us. He was the only person working that day and had to stop processing orders to answer the phone, yet he kept a positive attitude the entire time. He was working very quickly and gave me multiple receipts and made sure to point out the tracking number. All in all, this is a great location to pop in quickly and drop something off. I do recommend having another associate helping as we get closer to the holiday because I'm sure it is going to get so much busier!

Lol I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me at the counter. I accidentally mixed up the two packages that he scanned for me, but he quickly resolved it without issue. I wish I got his name because he provided excellent customer service and was quite cheerful. Even with my mixup, I was in and out of there within a few minutes . Another thing I noticed on my drop off package receipt, is that they provide a discount code for some of their services. Their prices are already reasonable, so this is a nice little bonus. Another bonus is that Petra falafel recently opened. I grabbed one of their take-out menu so that I can easily order from them in the future.

"Amazon wont accept these in the original shipping packaging" I responded " that is the silliest thing I have ever heard." So I unpacked the two items and swapped boxes. "There, no longer in the appropriate shipping package. He then said, this needs to be double boxed, you can buy a box here. I said, it didnt ship to me double boxed. He responded "i'm also not re-taping your package" This is not a free tape store. You can purchase tape from me, but i'm still not shipping the one not double boxed. Are you kidding me. Its so sad its comical. If Alex was 17 years old with no work experience, and no idea how to treat a customer. I could understand. But he was a manager in his 40's. I will never return to this location again and I will also be informing UPS corp about how their franchises treat their clients.

When I lost my mom recently, I was not sure I was up to handling all there is to do to say goodbye…read more Mom had purchased her final resting place when my dad passed but it was up to me and my brothers to worry about getting a casket, flowers, mass cards and so on. Thankfully Conboy helps take you thru the process step by step and without ever leaving the building. More than that, they treat you with compassion and kindness. Matthew (who is an owner) must have thought I was crazy because I could not decide what outfit to put on my mom ( she would haunt me for the rest of my days if she did not like my choice) and kept asking his opinion if he thought it was ok. My own brothers were frustrated with me but Matthew was very kind and helpful (especially when his sister, who is also an owner and just as kind, helped me make the final decision). To top off the horrible weekend of losing my mom and getting ready to say goodbye to her, my 9 year old daughter breaks her ankle the night before the wake. Ugh. Matthew told me to bring my moms wheelchair and put my daughter in it and made sure there was room in the lounge for her to move around. The day of the funeral was 2 days before my daughters birthday and Matthew grabbed a bunch of roses from all the arrangements that friends were so kind to send and fashioned a beautiful arrangement as a birthday gift for her. She felt so grown up getting roses from a handsome man. LOL However, more than that, it put a smile on her face ( after losing her Nonna and breaking her ankle only days before her birthday is hard for an adult let alone a child). Another thing that Matthew did was this: My daughter's leg was hurting her the night before the funeral. She was supposed to keep it up but she insisted on being with Nonna the whole wake. So of course she was up all night in pain. I decided to let her sleep and rest the ankle at home with her dad and went to the funeral alone. When it was time for the funeral prosession I went with my Aunt and Uncle because I did not want to be alone and I was worried for my uncle who has lost his sister. Apparently, immediate family should be at the front of the prosession but we were somewhere near the end (it did not occur to me or my uncle and we did not mind as long as mom was first). After the mass but before the cemetery Matthew found out and would not let anyone go until me, my Uncle and my Aunt moved to the front. It is in the small things that we find compassion, kindness and amazing people. The Conboys are AMAZING people. Thank you for literally getting me thru the hardest week of my life and giving my mom the beautiful, elegant goodbye she truly deserved. I will forever be grateful.
