The guests LOVED the crème brûlée and thought it was so cool that they torched it right in front of them. Normally I don't like caramel flavoring, but Julia convinced me to try the salted caramel and it was delicious! We had such a great experience! Would definitely recommend for any event catering!

I loved the color they chose, the bright green really made them stand out amongst the 30 some odd trucks at the event. They drew a large crowd but turned customers around fast so the long line was served very quickly. I had the coconut cream brulee and it was amazing. I would highly recommend! I wish they were slightly cheaper as the portion size was relatively small and mine did not even appear to be torched so I believe they were able to make it ahead of time and then serve, which probably helps them serve customers more quickly and manage the large queue they served at the event. Enjoy!

Very disappointing that this was acceptable for this restaurant to sell. I Purchased: * Chicken wrap: very good. Freshly made. * fried deviled eggs - very good. * fried pickle chips - very good. * cheesy potatoes- a bit grainy. * cream cheese corn - good. * Onion strings: very good spice/flavor and texture. * burnt ends: very old - not just a day or two - these were multiple days old. * sausage: very dry, poor taste. * turkey: extremely dry. Probably the worst turkey I have ever received from a BBQ restaurant - basically inedible. * ribs: multiple days old - old and dry - old ribs have a different texture than fresh smoked ribs. Suggestion - please do not slice meats until the customer orders the meat (except burnt ends).

I also ended up with a regular taco and regular nachos both with chicken. Both the pork and the chicken were super smoky in flavor. They unfortunately, were out of the chili that I wanted and since I can't eat bread I felt really jipped getting the black bean burger ( for $10) which was just a very small burger on a piece of lettuce. Once I started eating it though it satisfied me to no end. Coupled with a pumpkin pie spice smoothie I was well satisfied even for the money I wish I had the money to buy their finest assortment of fermented and cultured goodness including mustards, kimchi, ancho mole and so many other tasty things that I got to sample

It was slathered was a tasty homemade Ketchup. All and all, I think it should have been priced at $5 since I was walking up to a truck to purchase it, the raw ingredients were nothing. They had nothing but bread and burger: how hard is it for a vegetarian food truck to add lettuce, tomato, something creative. The gentleman running the truck were hitting the upsales pretty aggressively. Probably won't be returning. The whole experience was pretty meh.

I ordered the Bourbon Glaze burger and upgraded the fries to add bacon and queso. My husband ordered the spicy avocado burger and also upgraded the fries. My burger was well cooked and seasoned and the bourbon glaze added a hit of sweetness. My only complaint is that the glaze is on the thinner side so my bun was pretty soggy by the time we got home and the glaze is the only wet condiment on the burger, so I ended up adding some mayo. The fries were crispy and salted well and the bacon and queso were great with them. I didn't get to try my husband's burgers, but he said it was delicious and he really liked the cilantro aioli on it. We'll have to give their brick and mortar location a go soon.

They have a vast menu and they have breakfast service. The food was good, prepared to order and served timely. There is no table service. Your order is prepared and they call your name to come pickup at a window. The restaurant is easily accessible and there is ample parking. Everything looked clean and neat. The problem I have with this restaurant is the price and overall pricing structure. This restaurant is very pricey. Nothing is included, either. Fries aren't included with a cheeseburger, for example. You would think that the price they charge, they would throw in an extra or two. I know they don't give free fries at large franchise places but this is another type of restaurant. So by the time you order main item plus a side plus a pricey fountain drink, this is a costly place. My cheeseburger didn't feel cooked all the way through. No one comes to the table to make sure your order is okay. It just felt empty against the hype backdrop. I'll give it another try but I'm sure prices won't have gone down.
