I arrived dropped the keys and two hours later I could not find the ding. Absolutely amazing. They not only fixed my Forester so it looks as good as new and matched the paint perfectly and they found a problem with the door on final imspection. Gerber never told us it would be an outside source..... Guy shows up way too early no notice that he is on his way, still in pajamas having first cup of coffee at 7:30 a m. Had to call them back out here window was slow rolling up glass shards in the gears, why didn't he take care of that first time he was out here???????????
